AirAsia X passengers travelling from Australian Airports participate in the AirAsia rewards ecosystem through the AirAsia rewards program, previously known as BIG Loyalty. The program operates across AirAsia Group airlines and selected partners.

Members earn points based on eligible flight bookings, add-on purchases, and partner services. Points accumulation applies to AirAsia X flights between Australia and Kuala Lumpur when bookings are made under eligible fare conditions.

Accrued points can be redeemed for flight discounts, seat upgrades, baggage add-ons, and selected travel services within the AirAsia digital platform.

Membership tiers are structured across multiple levels, providing increasing benefits such as bonus point accrual, priority services, and promotional access. Higher tiers receive enhanced earning rates on flights departing Australian Airports.

The program is integrated into the AirAsia MOVE application, allowing passengers to manage bookings, track points, and redeem rewards in a single digital environment. Accounts are linked using passenger identification details at the time of booking.

Points validity is subject to program rules and may expire after a defined period of inactivity. Redemption availability depends on route capacity and fare conditions set by AirAsia X for flights operating between Australia and Malaysia.
