Cancellation Rules

Refundable Tickets: Can be canceled anytime before departure, with refunds processed as per fare conditions.

Non-Refundable Tickets: May incur cancellation fees, with only eligible taxes refunded (or travel credit issued).

24-Hour Free Cancellation: Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the booking was made at least 7 days before departure (excludes some fare types).

Airport/Office: Visit an ANA ticket counter at major Australian airports.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–20 business days (credit card) or up to 4 weeks (bank transfer).

Processing times may vary; service fees may apply for certain cancellations.

Exceptions

Flight Disruptions: No fees apply if ANA cancels or delays your flight. Choose a refund or rebooking.

Medical Emergencies: Refund requests may be considered with valid medical documentation.
