As of June 2026, China Eastern Airlines operates one of the largest commercial aircraft fleets in Asia, with more than 800 aircraft. Available on selected Airbus A350-900 and Boeing 787-9 aircraft.

Economy Class

• 2-4-2 seating on Airbus A330 aircraft
• 3-3-3 seating on Airbus A350-900 and Boeing 787-9 aircraft

• Complimentary meals and beverages on Australia-China services

Seat Selection

Passengers may choose seats during booking, after ticket purchase or through the Manage Booking service, depending on the fare conditions.

Preferred seats, extra legroom seating and selected forward cabin seats may require payment of an additional fee.

Complimentary seat assignment is available for eligible fare categories and SkyTeam Elite members in accordance with applicable benefits.
