Online and Mobile Check-in

Online check-in opens approximately 48 hours before scheduled departure and closes a few hours prior to departure, depending on airport-specific operational cut-off times. Passengers can select seats, confirm travel details, and generate digital boarding passes for eligible flights departing Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide.

Airport Kiosk Check-in

Self-service kiosks are available at major Australian airports served by Fiji Airways. These kiosks allow passengers to print boarding passes and baggage tags before proceeding to baggage drop counters. Not all flights or passenger categories may be eligible for kiosk check-in depending on document verification requirements.

Airport Counter Check-in

Check-in counters at Australian departure airports open approximately three hours before scheduled departure. Passengers are required to present valid passports, visas, and travel documents relevant to entry requirements for Fiji or onward destinations. Counters close prior to departure in accordance with airline boarding cut-off procedures.

Special Assistance Check-in

Passengers requiring mobility assistance, medical clearance, or unaccompanied minor services must complete check-in at staffed counters. Advance notification ensures coordination between airport ground services and cabin crew for boarding support.
