Fiji Airways operates its frequent flyer programme under the name Tabua Club,
which functions as a paid membership-based loyalty scheme rather than a
traditional points-accumulation system.
The programme is managed from Fiji Airways’ headquarters in Nadi and is aligned
with partner airline systems including Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan, American
Airlines AAdvantage, and Qantas Frequent Flyer for mileage earning and
redemption recognition across selected routes.
Tabua Club is structured into membership tiers, beginning with Tabua Club
Classic as the entry level and Tabua Club Plus as the elevated status tier.
Membership is activated through annual subscription fees, and status advancement
is based on Status Credits earned through eligible flights. Benefits attached to
membership include priority airport services, additional baggage entitlement,
access to selected airport lounges, and upgrade credit usage on eligible
bookings. Lounge access includes Fiji Airways Premier Lounge in Nadi when flying
on eligible international sectors, while Australian airport lounge access is
determined by fare class and partner recognition rules rather than membership
alone.
Frequent flyer earning is not issued as a standalone Fiji Airways points
currency. Instead, passengers attach their Alaska, American Airlines, or Qantas
Frequent Flyer numbers to bookings to accumulate miles or credits according to
the operating agreement between airlines. Earning eligibility depends on fare
class, route, and booking channel, with discounted fare classes often excluded
from mileage accrual.
As of 2026, Fiji Airways continues to maintain its Oneworld Connect affiliation,
which enables limited alliance-style benefits such as reciprocal recognition on
selected partner carriers but does not provide full Oneworld-wide privileges
across all member airlines.
