Garuda Indonesia Check-in Information

Online / Mobile Check-in

Garuda Indonesia provides online and mobile check-in facilities for passengers departing from Australian Airports. Online check-in opens 48 hours before scheduled departure and closes 90 minutes before flight departure time for international services.

Passengers may confirm passenger details, select seats, update contact information, and download electronic boarding passes through the airline’s digital platforms. Mobile boarding passes are accepted at selected Australian Airports subject to airport operational requirements.

Self-Service Kiosks

Self-service kiosks are available at selected Australian Airports served by Garuda Indonesia. Passengers may print boarding passes and baggage tags using booking references or passport details before proceeding to baggage drop counters.

Passengers travelling with oversized baggage, infants, pets, or requiring document verification must complete processing at staffed check-in counters.

Airport Counter Check-in

Garuda Indonesia airport counters at Australian Airports open approximately 3 hours prior to scheduled departure for international flights. Counter closing times are determined by airport and operational procedures.

Passengers must present passports, visas, onward travel documents, and any required entry permits during check-in. Security and immigration screening requirements at Australian Airports remain the responsibility of passengers.
