Lost Items Onboard

staff as soon as possible.
Include flight number, seat number, and a detailed description of the item when
reporting.
Online Reporting
Malaysia Airlines may offer an online lost item form or dedicated email contact
for such reports.

Claiming Found Items
Lost items, if found, are typically held at the airport’s Lost & Found or
Malaysia Airlines’ office.
