Provide a clear description of the item, including when and where it was lost.

Lost Items Onboard

Inform Malaysia Airlines Staff: If your item was left onboard, notify airline staff as soon as possible.

Include flight number, seat number, and a detailed description of the item when reporting.

Online Reporting

Malaysia Airlines may offer an online lost item form or dedicated email contact for such reports.

Claiming Found Items

Lost items, if found, are typically held at the airport’s Lost & Found or Malaysia Airlines’ office.
