Philippine Airlines offers a comprehensive frequent flyer program called Mabuhay Miles, designed to reward loyal passengers with a variety of travel benefits and privileges. Launched in 2002, this loyalty program allows members to earn miles every time they fly with PAL or its partner airlines, as well as through select hotels, car rentals, credit cards, and other lifestyle partners.

There are four membership tiers: Classic, Elite, Premier Elite, and Million Miler. Members start with Classic and can progress through the tiers by earning qualifying flight miles. Higher-tier members enjoy priority services, extra baggage allowance, lounge access, and other premium benefits.

Miles earned can be redeemed for award tickets, flight upgrades, and other travel-related rewards. Members also have the option to purchase, transfer, donate, or convert miles depending on their needs. Mabuhay Miles does not expire as long as members have qualifying activity at least once every two years, making it easier to accumulate and manage miles over time.

The program integrates with PAL's international and domestic network, giving members access to over 70 destinations across Asia, North America, Australia, and the Middle East. Mabuhay Miles also partners with non-airline companies such as banks and hotels, broadening the ways in which members can earn rewards.
