Passengers travelling on T'way Air flights departing from Australian Airports are required to comply with the airline's cabin and checked baggage rules applicable to the purchased fare.

Carry-on Baggage

Each passenger travelling in Economy Class from Australian Airports may carry one cabin bag weighing up to 10 kg. The cabin bag must fit within the maximum dimensions of 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm, including wheels and handles, and must be stored in the overhead compartment.

One personal item, including a handbag, laptop bag, camera bag, or small backpack, may also be carried into the cabin provided it fits beneath the seat in front.

Passengers travelling in Business Saver Class on eligible aircraft receive an increased cabin baggage allowance of two cabin bags with a combined maximum weight of 10 kg, together with one personal item.

Carry-on baggage must comply with Australian aviation security regulations. Liquids, aerosols, gels, batteries, and prohibited articles remain subject to security screening requirements before departure.

Checked Baggage Allowance

Checked baggage allowances depend on the fare purchased and route booked from Australian Airports.

Passengers travelling on fare types that include checked baggage receive the allowance shown on the electronic ticket. Promotional and event fares may not include complimentary checked baggage.

Where checked baggage is included, Economy Class passengers may receive one checked bag, while Business Saver passengers receive a higher allowance in accordance with the applicable fare conditions.

Each individual checked bag must not exceed 32 kg. Oversized baggage exceeding the airline's dimensional limits may require separate handling and additional charges.

Extra Baggage

Passengers departing from Australian Airports may purchase additional checked baggage before departure through T'way Air's website, mobile services, customer support, or airport service counters.

Prepaid baggage purchased before the check-in deadline is offered at lower rates than excess baggage paid at the airport.

Additional fees apply when baggage exceeds the permitted weight, number of pieces, or size stated on the ticket. Sports equipment, musical instruments, and other special baggage are accepted subject to packing requirements, aircraft capacity, and applicable service charges.
