Perth Airport is located at a distance of 12 km from city center. You can reach
the Airport via taxi, ride sharing and bus services which run at regular basis
especially to / from the Airport.
Bus Services
Transperth operates regular bus services between Perth Airport, Perth City and
other local centres. Bus Route 380, fittingly named after the Airbus A380, has
dedicated luggage rucks and runs daily between the Elizabeth Quay Bus Station in
the Perth city centre and T1 and T2.
Bus Route 40 operates daily (including weekend and bank holidays) between
Elizabeth Quay Bus Station and T3/T4 via Great Eastern Highway, offering the
most direct route between Perth Airport and Perth City.
Taxi Services
Taxi services are available at Perth Airport 24 hours daily. It’s roughly a
short, 20 minute ride to get to Perth’s city centre. Taxi ranks are located at
the front of all terminals, simply follow the signs to the nearest taxi ranks. A
taxi rank can also be found on Valentine Road within the General Aviation area.
You may be asked by your taxi driver to pay your fare in advance. The current
Perth Airport access fee of $4.00 applies to all pick-ups from an airport taxi
rank. The access fee is paid by the passenger to the taxi driver and is included
in the taxi fare. There is no airport charge for drop off.
Ride Sharing
Dedicated Uber/rideshare pick-up bays are located within easy walking distance
of each terminal at Perth Airport. Simply follow the directions given in the app and terminal signage to
the nearest rideshare pick-up bay.
A rideshare access fee of $4.00 (inc. GST) per trip applies to all pick-ups at
Perth Airport.
