Batik Air Malaysia Check-in Information

Online / Mobile Check-in

Batik Air Malaysia offers online and mobile check-in for flights departing from Australian Airports beginning 48 hours before scheduled departure. Online check-in closes 4 hours before departure for international services.

Passengers may confirm travel details, select seats, purchase additional baggage, and obtain digital boarding passes through the airline website or mobile platforms.

Mobile check-in services are also integrated through the BookCabin application used by airlines within the Lion Air Group network.

Self-Service Kiosks

Selected Australian Airports provide self-service check-in kiosks for Batik Air Malaysia passengers. Kiosk facilities allow boarding pass printing and baggage tag generation for eligible itineraries.
