Non-Refundable Fares
Main Cabin Basic and other restricted promotional fares do not qualify for
voluntary refunds after the applicable cancellation period has expired.
Depending on the fare rules, any remaining ticket value may be forfeited or
converted into travel credit where permitted by the airline.
Refundable Fares
Passengers holding refundable fare types may cancel their reservation before
