Passengers traveling with Scoot can Check-in conveniently with the check-in
options provided as below:
Online / Mobile Check-in
Scoot provides online and mobile check-in for flights departing from Australian
Airports beginning 48 hours before scheduled departure. Online check-in closes
between 1 and 4 hours before departure depending on the departure airport and
destination requirements.
Passengers may retrieve boarding passes, confirm travel documents, purchase
baggage, and select seats through Scoot’s website or mobile application before
arriving at the airport.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service kiosks are available at selected Australian Airports served by
Scoot. Passengers may print boarding passes and baggage tags before proceeding
to designated baggage drop counters.
Kiosk facilities support passport scanning and automated check-in procedures for
eligible international flights.
Airport Counter Check-in
Scoot airport counters at Australian Airports open approximately 3 hours before
departure for international services.
Passengers must complete document verification, baggage drop, and check-in
procedures before counter closure. Travel documents including passports, visas,
and destination entry approvals are required during airport processing.
Passengers arriving after the check-in deadline are not accepted for boarding.
Special Assistance
Passengers requiring mobility assistance, medical clearance, or special handling
services at Australian Airports must check in at staffed counters. Advance
service requests are required before departure to coordinate airport and
inflight assistance.
