Scoot participates in the KrisFlyer frequent flyer program operated by Singapore Airlines. Passengers travelling on eligible Scoot flights departing from Australian Airports may earn and redeem KrisFlyer miles according to fare category and booking class.

KrisFlyer members may accumulate miles on Scoot flights purchased under qualifying fare bundles including Economy Value, Economy Extra, and ScootPlus. Economy Lite fares do not qualify for mileage accrual.

Members may redeem KrisFlyer miles for Scoot flight bookings, seat upgrades to ScootPlus on eligible routes, baggage purchases, and selected ancillary services. Taxes, airport fees, and additional charges remain payable separately during redemption bookings.

Elite Gold members travelling on Scoot receive selected priority services including priority check-in and boarding on eligible itineraries.

Scoot also offers the “Scoot Insider” membership program which provides promotional access, fare discounts, and travel-related offers through annual subscription packages in selected markets.

Passengers travelling from Australian Airports may manage KrisFlyer accounts, mileage balances, and redemption activity through Singapore Airlines Group online systems linked with Scoot bookings.
