Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Booking Cancellation
Passengers who make eligible bookings directly with SriLankan Airlines may
cancel within the applicable cancellation period where permitted under the
booking conditions. Eligibility depends on the place of ticket purchase, fare
rules, and the scheduled departure time.
Non-Refundable Tickets
Promotional and restricted Economy Class fares may not qualify for a refund
after voluntary cancellation. If the ticket is non-refundable, only unused
government taxes or airport charges may be returned where permitted by

Refundable Tickets
Flexible fare categories allow passengers to cancel their itinerary before
