Passengers traveling with XiamenAir can Check-in conveniently with the check-in
options provided as below:
Online / Mobile Check-in
XiamenAir provides online check-in for eligible international flights departing
from Australian Airports. Online check-in normally opens 48 hours before the
scheduled departure time and closes before the published airport check-in
deadline.
Passengers completing online check-in may verify booking information, select
available seats where permitted and obtain an electronic boarding pass when
supported by the departure airport.
Passengers requiring travel document verification, special assistance or
additional security screening may still be required to complete formalities at
an airport service counter.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service check-in kiosks are available at selected Australian Airports where
airport facilities and ground handling arrangements support the service.
Passengers using kiosks may print boarding passes and baggage tags before
proceeding to the designated baggage drop counter for checked luggage.
Airport Counter Check-in
XiamenAir check-in counters at Australian Airports normally open approximately
three hours before scheduled international departures.
Passengers travelling with checked baggage, oversized items, pets or special
service requests must complete check-in before the airline's published closing
time.
Valid passports, visas and all required travel documentation must be presented
before boarding passes are issued.
Special Assistance
Passengers requiring wheelchair assistance, medical support, Unaccompanied Minor
services or other special travel arrangements should check in at the staffed
service counter.
Advance notification enables XiamenAir to coordinate assistance with airport
service providers before departure.
Passengers who fail to complete check-in or arrive at the boarding gate before
the published closing times may be denied boarding in accordance with the
airline's conditions of carriage.
