24-Hour Rule
Some tickets may be cancelled within a limited risk-free period after booking,
depending on fare conditions and booking channel rules.
Non-Refundable Fares
Discounted promotional tickets and selected Economy Class fares may not be
eligible for refunds after issuance. Cancellation penalties or full forfeiture

Refundable Fares

authorised travel agents or customer service centres. Changes to agency-issued

schedule changes or other circumstances defined in the conditions of carriage.
